Inspired by family members and those in need help with their projects, we started Dog and Man Handyman to help make your house into the perfect home. From correcting a crooked cabinet door to building custom items to make your living space more functional and habitable, we're here to help. If you have a larger project that you would like to accomplish, we can help with that too, we just need to look at it! I offer free consultations, and come stocked with tools and basic hardware to take care of lots of projects on the spot. Call today to inquire about your project, big or small!
We commit to always be up front with our pricing, and show up when we say we will.

Born and raised in Spokane, Tanner’s goal as the Handyman is to help the community he grew up in by providing support with all your projects that might otherwise go untouched. Having worked as an aircraft painter, auto body estimator, home mechanic, and manual machinist, he has the ability to see your vision and make it a reality.
The face behind the logo – Maggie Mayhem knows that our image is important, so she promises that she will provide undeniable cuteness. Ask the Handyman for more photos if you’d like some extra joy with your free consult.
Sterling keeps it real in our HR department. If you’re a human with resources such as food, or lap naps, he’s there for you. If not, go away.
Kelsie works to maintain the well-being and cohesion of the Handyman menagerie by providing meals, ear scritches, emotional and logistical support.

We serve the greater Spokane area – if you’re out of Spokane or Spokane Valley city limits, please call so I can see how I can help.
Our hourly rate is $80 plus parts and materials, but we offer free consultations to provide a quote unique to your situation and project. We come equipped with tools and materials to complete many projects same day. In cases where a flat rate is more appropriate, we will work with you to come up with a price and a plan that fits both of our needs. We are always up front with pricing before starting a project.
No! We're happy to help with projects big and small, but our minimum charge is 1 hour.
We can complete small plumbing or electrical work such as replacing a faucet or an electrical outlet. Please call to inquire so that we can verify that we can complete your project while complying with local regulations or help you find someone that can. In some cases, we may be able to complete some aspects of a project after you’ve had permitted work done.
We strive to provide consultations and work in a timely manner. Many projects can be completed the same day, dependent on part availability and your schedule. For larger or more unique projects, we’ll work together to find a time that works for you. We value your time and we make the commitment to you that we will arrive at the scheduled time, no vague time windows.
